We understand you may have questions about your scheduled Mortgage loan or Secured Line of Credit payments.
 
Below, you will see customer service contact information for each of our primary lenders. If you have questions about your Mortgage or Line of Credit payment, please reach out to your lender directly. This method will be the quickest and most accurate way for you to get the information you need. Each lender has their own policies. Each lender should be putting new emergency payment policies in place.
 
The federal government is also putting financial measures together, working with all our Schedule A bank and Financial Institutional Lenders, to assist you with your financial needs.

1. What are your policies when a Current client/borrower asks for a mortgage payment holiday?
2. When asking and being approved for a mortgage payment holiday, how may payments can be requested? 
3. What changes to mortgage payments are being put in place with the current situation unfolding?
4. Will this affect your credit rating or credit bureau score?
